Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: No. Insurance doesn’t cover OPG services; we can facilitate placement with treatment options, both inpatient and outpatient, that accept insurance.
Q: What are the credentials of your team members?
A: OPG employs a multi-disciplinary team to address the complex behavioral health needs of our clients. Our staff members include doctoral level clinicians, psychiatrists, masters-level social workers and mental health professionals, licensed clinicians and individuals in long-term sustained recovery and experience.
Q: How do you price your services?
A: We have three ways of pricing, depending on services requested: flat fee, day rate, and hourly rate. Cost of services is dependent upon a number of factors, including the following: acuity of the case, services requested, credentials and experience of assigned professional(s), the timing of services requested, location of service delivery, duration and intensity of services required. Q: Are you a treatment program?
A: No. We help families find appropriate treatment options and can create a package of services for clients in either inpatient or outpatient settings. Our services do not replace the need for clinical supports.
Q: Do you have any financial affiliation with specific providers?
A: No. O’Connor Professional Group does not accept referral fees or maintain any other financial arrangements with providers.
